What Is metafit


Metafit training combines traditional body-weight exercises with the latest interval and tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!


With classes lasting just 30 minutes, it is suitable for beginners through to the advanced fitness enthusiast. At beginner level, you’ll utilise the adaption of each exercise that suits you best. Then, as you get fitter, the workouts will remain challenging as you dig deeper into the exercises and try out the more challenging variations on offer.


Classes with reflexion health and fitness are always delivered by fully qualified coaches, Nikki and Phil Ackland, calling on their years of experience working with, and adapting, group classes to suit a huge range of participants over the last 10 years.
